Long-term, relational support for you and your family

WTO’s Family Advocacy Program

When you join WTO, you and your family instantly receive a lifelong family advocate. This person proactively builds relationship and supports your family with resources as needed.

Our Family Advocacy Division also includes professionals and partners in areas where you may experience hurdles in the transition.

Employment

Our Employment Counseling helps you discover your purpose and find meaningful employment. Our network of partners and employers provide certification training, interview practice, resume support, and more.

Finances

Our Financial Counselors are either Veterans themselves or are closely tied to the military community. They understand the transition and talk with each Veteran and their family in our program.

Our families receive education on financial literacy, as well as tailored support on budgeting, investments, or other areas of interest or need to each family.

Education

Your education benefits and options post-service can be complex. Our Education Counseling educates and guides you to the right decision on how to leverage these benefits for you and your family.

VA Counseling

For all its positives, the VA system can often be a burden to navigate. Understanding benefits, ratings, and healthcare is crucial to making the most of your transition.

Our VA support helps Veterans receive the benefits they deserve.
